The PRAYER BOWL asks prayer for Women's Ministries at ARCADE
Pray for the Women's Ministries Tables each week to meet the needs and care of women. Pray for these focuses:
1. Women ALIVE! For "one on one" encouragement opportunities and/or Care Groups (groups meet Sundays during 2nd service) see or call Rissa Scott at 383-2213 for details.
2. Snack'n' Chat: Join "The Great Adventure," Saturday, September 16, 9-11 am. Dixie Weyel will take you on a "Safari Ride!" Tickets: $5.00.
3. Women's Bible Studies: Resume Tuesday, am/pm, Sep. 19th. Register ASAP for: Daniel, Lives of Integrity, Words of Prophecy, and Breaking Free.
4. Mom Connection (Formerly Mom to Mom): An informational brunch begins the fall semester Sep. 20. Meet Wednesday, 9:30-11L30 am in the Fellowship Hall.
5. Women's Retreat at Asilomar: Sign up SOON for this Nov. 10-12 retreat. Filling up! 30 spots remain!
6. LifeTool Classes: Classes coming up: Home-crafted Christmas Cards, Yummy LoCal Cooking, Scrapbooking, Clutter Control, The Meaning of Advent and Homiletics.
7. Women's Missionary Fellowship: Meet THIS Thursday, Sep. 7, 9 am-1:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall with the Motas, our missionaries to Brazil. It's "Christmas in September" so wear red and green. Bring a lunch to share.
8. Women of the Word ABF (WOW): Women (age 18 +) are invited to a new study starting NEXT Sunday, September 10. Topice: Lies Women Believe, by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. Class meets at 8:30 am in Room 507.
9. Restoration Road: Kick-Off Potluck - next Sunday, Sep. 10, 6 pm. See the table in the lobby for details on new Bible studies for both men and women, and a special women's study on overcoming depression.
10. Senior Women's Bible Study: Mondays starting September 11th, Room 509, 1:00 to 2:45 pm, senior women are invited to join Vi Kelley (483-5642) in a study from the book of Hebrews entitled "Race to Glory". ¶ 8:19 PM
